Refund policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Principle
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are governed by Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms, and by the law that applies in your country of residence. Unless a legal right or a decision by Paddle provides otherwise, a payment is not refundable.
2. Free trial
Every account gets 7 days of Premium at its first login, without a bank card and without any payment. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial. Without a subscription, the account stays on the free plan.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first subscription payment and obtain a full refund of it, on the conditions set by law and by Paddle's policy. This right can lapse in the cases provided by law, for example when you expressly asked for the service to start before the end of the period.
Other countries provide a withdrawal right of a different length. The one that applies to you is set out in Paddle's refund policy, and the law of your country always prevails over this policy.
4. Renewals and cancellation
The right of withdrawal applies to the first subscription payment, not to renewals, unless the law provides otherwise. You can avoid a renewal by turning off automatic renewal before the renewal date, which is possible at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Your Premium access is kept until that date, with no further charge. The current period is not refunded pro rata, unless the law requires it.
5. Other requests
Outside a legal right, you can still ask for a refund. Paddle reviews the request case by case, with no guarantee. No refund is granted in cases of fraud or abuse.
6. How to request a refund
Use the subscription management link or the support link in your receipt, or Paddle's buyer portal website. You can also write to contact@wealthsmartway.co from your account's e-mail address, stating the payment date, and we will point you to the right procedure.
7. How the refund is made
The refund is made by Paddle to the payment method used, in the currency of the payment and including taxes (VAT). The time for the funds to arrive depends on Paddle and your bank.
8. Effect on your account
A refund ends the subscription and the access to the Premium modules, which are locked. Your data is kept, encrypted, and becomes usable again if you subscribe again. The modules of the free plan remain available.
9. If you disagree
Before disputing a payment with your bank, please contact Paddle or us. We will reply and point you to the right procedure.
